Mogura House Shinjiro Otani VS Shinya Hashimoto (fighting pose ver.) figure set review

In the early 2000's, Japanese toy maker Mogura House (who specialized
in creating figures of the early Pro-Wrestling NOAH roster) shifted their
focus to rival promotion Pro-Wrestling ZERO-ONE for a special two
figure set.

Blog #95's figure spotlight is on Mogura House's Shinjiro Ohtani vs
Shinya Hashimoto two-pack.

The packaging for this two figure set displays the ZERO-ONE promotion logo
in the middle and top left corner.

Released in two separate variants, this variant features Shinjiro Otani with yellow
hair
while Shinya "The King of Destruction" Hashimoto is sculpted with a closed-
fists "Fighting Pose"!

The back of the packaging lists the individual stats and bios of both Wrestlers;
both of which even mentioning the duo's NJPW-era accolades.

Let's take a look at an opened example of this two-pack variant.

As the two biggest names in the ZERO-ONE promotion, both Wrestlers
were only available as a special two-pack from Mogura House.

The detail for Ohtani's fire design continues on to the back of his ring
trunks.

The Shinya Hashimoto Mogura House figure is one of the few figure
examples of Shinya sculpted without his signature Hachimaki headband.

Proportion-wise, I think this is also the best body sculpt for Hashimoto
released to date (Toukon Shop's Shinya Hashimoto figure from 1997
I find is a bit too bulky for my liking).

This variant of Shinjiro Ohtani comes painted with yellow highlights
in his hair.

Likewise, this variant features Shinya Hashimoto's right hand sculpted
in a closed-fist (the other variant being an opened-hand chop).
